Hi, my name is
I’m an Italian children's illustrator and comic artist, based near Rome, in a small city with screaming seagulls and dancing waves.
Since I was little, I always loved drawing, and my first childhood illustrations were about fishes, insects and dinosaurs. They are still my favourite subjects.
I studied Modern Literature at the University of Roma Tre, and Illustration and Comics at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna, thus reconciling my two natures: illustrator and storyteller.
In 2017 I started doing Comics, but in 2020 something changed and I became a full time children’s illustrator. I still love Comics very much and I try to go back on my old path now and then.
I truly like mixing techniques, from gouaches to digital, to pencils and oil pastels, the important thing is that there is something colorful.
When I’m not drawing, I’m probably reading, playing cozy games, and drinking some tea.
